  • I have been shopping at Lowe's for "all my home improvement needs" since moving to the area eight years ago. My husband and I prefer Lowe's to it's competitor down the street because their employees are so very helpful, polite and courteous. Sure there have been a few Lowe's employees that have been less than courteous but I'm not going to let a few bad apples spoil the bunch. :) Overall, I can always find what I am looking for at Lowe's and the prices are always affordable. When I have a question, I'm able to quickly find someone to provide an answer (regardless if its THEIR department or not).
