  • It's hard to really rate a McDonalds.. Because it should be so easy not to fuck up! Comparing this to the other McDonalds that are out here, This one is complete garbage. Unforgivably - This one is the closest to me.. About a block away from my house. There is another one on Stephen Ave that is also semi close - but it's probably just as bad as this location. Where do I begin? Breakfast - I've only had McDonalds breakfast a few times. I usually get the same thing, the BELT. Yes. The Coffee at McDonalds is pretty great, but I question how really fresh it is. My last experience I went in at about 5am, when they advertise they start serving Breakfast. Much to my dismay the Dinner Menu was still being displayed. The gentleman infront of me pointed out he wanted Breakfast. She asked what he would like, but he had no idea.. The women in charge (she actually LOOKED like the manager) flipped the signs to display the Breakfast Options.. Much to her displeasure. In-between helping him, she decided to take a Phone Call.. I assume semi Work Related as it looked like a Land-line Phone. At this point in time there were probably 7 or 8 people in line. The Manager was actually calling out to another girl that was cleaning for Assistance. More than once.. The girl never actually CAME to assist. To put a long story short - I got my BELT. But she neglected to put down my Hashbrown. I waited about 10 minutes for something that could have taken 3. Lunch/Dinner - Alright. The thing about McDonalds for me is that all their items I usually need to modify because it's either too dry, or it's missing something. My meal is a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese.. I add Mayo and Extra Pickles. Not once have I had this order repeated back to me correctly. Everytime I place this order; They somehow manage to mess it up. Once I actually got charged for Two Meals. I corrected the person. But these people actually need to LISTEN to what they're being told. This location is indeed. Disgusting. It is after all, right off the C-Trains. If it's not busy for their Lunch or Dinner rush; There is about 10 Homeless people either Inside or Outside. The best time to go? Probably between 1-2. The Lunch Rush should die down, and the useless High-school Kids would still be in school. If the McDonalds Management Team is reading this: Clean up this location. Fire your Manager, and get some staff that are more than just Order Takers. Thanks!
