If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has absolutely atrocious idea of what customer service entails. I was given a five hour window with confirmation that I would be given a 30 min courtesy call before they came. I get the call saying they will be here in 20-30 mins. I leave work and am home with in 25 minutes of the call. As I'm waiting for the service technician, I see there's a shamrock heating and cooling card on my door. So I call the company and ask where the tech is. The person on the phone tells me he left because no one was there. When I mention I left work as soon as I got the call and was here within the timeline, she makes up some bs story saying "she tried calling but kept getting a weird message from this phone." I told her that was odd because I got her voicemail just fine, but there were 0 follow up calls before the guy left. She gets quiet and said to hold on. When she gets back on the line she tells me it'll be 45 min before he comes back. I tell her again I was here within the time frame I was given, I left work to meet him and is this really what stands for customer service with Shamrock, and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I call back asking to talk to a manager, and she HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I have paid 6 month worth of a year long service agreement, got zero apologies for being inconsiderate to my time, and was hung up on twice to boot. If you're looking for a respectable heating and cooling company, do yourself a favor and call Dukes of Air. I wish I would have originally.
