  • This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. This man that owns the store also had a store on east Charleston for several years. He's the rudest man I've ever met! Every time I've dealt with him for a repair or replacement part, he was very rude and foul mouthed. He ALWAYS claims this vacuum or that vacuum is a piece of S.....t and uses other colorful metaphors that are outlandish... Definitely DO NOT GO HERE! He only treats you well if you buy one of his products and claims that all other vacuums like Hoover or Eureka are trash . I walked out or I was going to lay this punk out!
