  • I called late one night (felt bad, it was nearly midnight) but they answered! A/C went out and he offered to come out, which was kind but I wouldn't do that to anyone, so he came out first thing in the morning. He was nice and assured us it would be fixed quickly, which it was. Also, super happy it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Told us to call back if we needed anything. We sure will :)
