  • The workouts were great, when it comes to customer service they're not that great. I moved to California (which doesn't have FASI sports) mid contract, wasn't my choice of moving there but still. They refused to let me out. Now I'm paying 60$ per month for a membership I can't use. I came across with medical issues and due to the California northern fires I'm in a bit of a bind with money. I can put my account on pause but they won't budge on helping me canceling my account. I have to pay the rest in full (900$ I don't have). You would think that Since FASI is only located in Las Vegas they would let you out of a contract if you moved to another state. And I've called with more questions and they won't return my calls. Don't even get me started on email reply's. Like I said, they trainers are great, do not sign a contract though. It's ridiculous.
