  • This company will lure you in with LS or Groupon and then get you to buy a membership so you can continue to get a discounted price. What they won't tell you is that the membership needs to be renewed annually and that the price will go from $29 to $69 and that when you renew, the new price you pay will to have your house cleaned will be be based on the square footage of your house and not how long it takes the girls to clean it. This is unfair because even if your house looks like a "model home" and you only live in some of the rooms, they are basing the price on the square footage. It is not a good way to do business. This company used to have GREAT customer service and were very accommodating. If they broke something or didn't do a satisfactory job, they would always try and make it right. This is not the case anymore. I wonder if the ownership or management changed because clearly the way they do business has
