  • It is amazing that they spend all this money to create a better theatre. Then the prices get raised, the customer service is non existent (kiosks everywhere, but not people). Now they do not run the air conditioning, the screen in theatre 16 has an obvious blemish which causes white marks during movie playing. The smell in the theatre is of body odor due to lack of air circulation. The restrooms are clean.
