  • Everything in these reviews is absolutely true! I had an old refrigerator that was shutting off, then coming back on a day later. We will be replacing it soon, so didn't want to spend a lot of money on it, but needed help quickly. They returned my call within 15 mins, and were at my house within 3 hours. On time! Diagnosed the problem as a faulty automatic defroster and fixed it enough to keep it going a little while longer without a huge cost. Very honest, knowledgeable, prompt, and most importantly, honest!
