Arizona Cold Air recently conducted a major repair on my HVAC unit.
The technician, Chris, who initially diagnosed the problem was very helpful; answering multiple phone calls and texts from me seeking further color on the problem while I was trying to make the repair vs replace decision. The office manager, Katie, was also very knowledgeable and provided me with additional information on the HVAC manufacturer. The repair technician, Jesus, was also very professional and prompt.
This experience also turned me off to the Rheem brand. My unit was only 5yrs old and required this major repair. Although Arizona Cold Air worked with me to make sure Rheem honored the warranty for the replacement part, the warranty didn't cover labor costs. I feel that if a company is truly going to stand behind its product, it should cover all expenses associated with repairing its faulty product.
