| - I recenlty experienced the worst cusotmer sercive. Seldom do I write a bad review or complain out loud, but this time, I'm screaming from the top of my lungs about this horrible experience!!

This has been the worst experience. Interesting how I can't write a review... You must have deactivated my account after my several attempts to speak to your POOR customer service department. I've been lied to, hung up on and placed on hold for long periods at a time. Don't worry- I will get the word out that your customer service department SUCKS~ Yelp, Facebook- all social media and BBB. I'm in the housing industry and service industry- 1st- you have lost my recommendations and/or referrals to use your company. 2nd- I applaud my company, staff and myself for providing exemplary customer service to our clients. Your customer service staff should be trained by my staff. I'm in the process of moving from state to state and have a storage unit at your north Scottsdale location. When I made my moving arrangements, a moving company not Uhaul, I was told to contact Uhaul directly to let them know that 3 location cubes were to be dropped off on the 31st of May. I spoke to someone from the actual store and the gentleman was very informative and told me to call back to let him know the exact time when the date was near. I have been trying to do that for the last three days. Thanks to your crappy customer service department I can't reach anyone at the actual store to let them know that the cubes are being dropped off today... actually now, in the next hour. This is EXTREMLY stressful, moving alone is,and now I have NO confirmation or anyway to get a hold of someone at the actual store! I have left my name and number with your CS dept several times and have received no call backs from anyone, I have been hung up on twice, put on hold for long periods of time... The worst experience!!
