It's sad to say but an employee by the name of Stephanie M. reached out to me and sent me a private message (as you can see in my review) and wanted my contact information so that a higher level supervisor could get a hold of me and try to reevaluate the situation and offer an apology. I ended up giving my contact info to Stephanie but of course she never reached out nor did any higher level supervisor. This just goes to show how unprofessional this place is with guest services. I talked to my banker today about Talking Stick Resort and he said he had won $600 but that was the only good thing about his experience there. I continued to ask how he thought the guest services was and he said "poor service, rude servers, and that they need more bartender a or largest bars because getting a drink in there is like trying to find water in the Death Valley Desert. Shake my head.....still waiting to hear back from Stephanie (and I sent her another message after giving my information to them). Unprofessional much?
