  • Please do your self a favor and find a more reliable dentist. They constantly call to cancel appointments (or wait until you show up and let you know that your appointment has been changed to later in the day or a completely different day.) The staff at the front desk is rude. I have been going to this dentist for 10 years, the only reason I keep going is because I absolutely love Dr. Reid and my hygienist. But I can not tolerate anymore terrible customer service.
