| - The blandness! I ordered the etoufee, expecting actual crawfish with the shells on looking back at me, and an exciting, spicy, roux-ey goodness. What I got was obviously frozen, thawed-out crawfish meat on top of a bed of rice with cornstarch-thickened "sauce" swimming in a pool of melted, grade B butter. I was pretty disappointed, my husband was really looking forward to it and it didn't please either of us.
Also, there was a hostess snafu at the front of the house and two parties wound up swearing at one another, really quite aggressively, right in front of our table. Something about a table that was "supposed" to go to one party going to the other. Not a good way to start a meal, and it could have been avoided with better customer service skills.
