If I could give them 0 stars, I would. A few years back, I bought a used 350z from them. I was new to the car buying experience and they apparently smelled the blood in the water. They used high pressure sales techniques, switched out salesmen to keep me off my guard, and in the end bait and switched me TWICE with loan offers. They originally offered me I think 5% and guaranteed I'd be approved. After signing three different sets of papers (my bad for not walking away after two) they had me at 11% interest (when I had decent credit) and way later I looked through the paperwork and realized I had financed $29k for a $16k car. This is partly my fault for not enlisting the help of an experienced car buyer or going through the terms with a fine-toothed comb, but then again I never expected this kind of treatment.
Do yourself a favor, before you even go to a dealership, find out if it's part of the Van Tuyl Group. If it is: TURN AND RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! I did a lot of research after my horrible experience and these types of situations are the status quo for Van Tuyl group dealerships. High pressure sales tactics, bait and switch loans, and sneaky fees to bump up the amount financed and their per-sale profits.
