  • I've been following Paula and Ben for a couple of years now. I started going to them when they had Lavish Nails across the street. Anytime I had an issue they fixed it for me no problem. I consider myself a pain in the behind kind of customer but they always do me right. Even here they offer the same services and guarantees. I used to go to another shop, years ago, and if I had an issue it was too sad for you dear lady. But Paula and Ben want their customers happy. I've even had a couple of instances with nail tech that I personally didn't "click" with the and asked not to be paired with the them in the future and the request was honored with no hesitation. Yes I might pay a little more, my kids tell me this all the time, but I know if anything goes wrong they take care of it. Today I went in because I was getting a small green spot in my acrylic and it was fixed on the spot. They knew how long ago I came in and when my last fill was. They really do fabulous work. I get comments on my nails all the time.
