  • Signed contract but then decided to cancel. Legally we have 3 days. Refused to take back system. They dragged things out and said they didn't get the letter within the required 3 days. Mail doesn't deliver on a Sunday so they received it Monday. Threatened and harassed for months then sent to collections for $2500. Terrible company to deal with.
