Took my bike in for their mid-level tune up. After picking the bike up and riding for the first time it shifted worse than before I brought it to them and now I had a constant squeaking noise that wasn't there before (Mesa shop). Took it back the next day and one of the techs looked it over. He said the chain was on backwards and that the chain wasn't lubed! Shouldn't that stuff be pretty basic? Makes me wonder if I actually received the service I paid for. They put the chain on correctly (lubed this time), and made a couple turns of the screwdriver to "re-tune" the bike but after getting it home I discover that nothing's changed except the squeaking. To be fair I had the same tune-up performed by them a few months ago and was very happy with the work but this experience has been extremely poor. Components are newer and in great shape.
