I purchased a Tom ford perfume and later decided to take it back one day later for gift wrapping for someone's birthday. They gave me a smirky attitude for putting a few tissue paper and ribbon around it, made me show proof of receipt, and then refused to put it in a bag. They charged me almost $300 for their perfume but couldn't give an ounce of courtesy. I have purchased several of their colognes for my husband and turned many friends to their scents. I am very disappointed and hope Tom Ford would take more care in hiring staff that represent his name. Maybe even a better business model that is not just ALL about money.
