  • We always use LV Dog Resort when we need to board our dogs. We have two dogs and one of them hates most humans and all the other dogs but he even seemed to like this place and get along with all the staff and be able to hang out with other dogs. The facility is always clean and our dogs always come home clean. The manager and the staff are always nice and we can tell that they took care of our dogs very well since how they describe our dogs' behavior is alway spot on. Also, whenver we call them, even though we only use their service a few times a year, they remember our dogs by name and welcome us back. The boarding rates are priced generouslly especially if you take advantage of their package deal. I suggest to always inquire about the package deal! Although they do not have a big out-door area, the dogs are very happy inside. We never had issue with billing or refund process. Even when we had to receive some refund, it was a smooth transaction. It is always easy to work with them! The fact that my dogs do not seem to mind staying there means 5 start to us!!
