  • Absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, delicious coffee, delicious pastries, and a great experience. Honestly, we planned to just go in and sit down for maybe 5 minutes to have a cup of coffee, but we ended up staying and talking to Cathy for about 45 minutes. You can feel her passion for coffee and for her customers in the way she talks. She walked us through her entire roasting process and even let us taste the coffee beans! It's definitely a welcoming environment, unlike a lot of coffee shops that just want to get you through the line and out the door. We had the cuban and cortadito, which were both delicious, and Cathy also gave us samples of both of their nitro cold brews. Having tried them before, I was completely against nitrogen-infused coffee, but theirs will change your mind! Both were very delicious and were infused with just the right amount of nitrogen, not over infused like other places that give it that almost beer-like taste. If we lived around here, we would be in here every day!
