Just be fore warned. They claim to be a animal hospital and resort but this place is far from it. I left my dogs there for boarding and was told you can call and check on them anytime. We called twice that week and left messages inquiring about our pets. They DID NOT even have the common courtesy to return my phone calls. In addition I dropped my dogs off clean and groomed but they were suppose to wash my dogs before I picked them up and they DID NOT. My dogs stunk so bad and their coats were grungy. We had to that wash them immediately before we took them back home. When I questioned them about these mishaps the girl was apologetic but DID NOT offer to bathe my dogs to make things right. She referred me to leave a message for the Kennel Manager, and she would call me and just as I expected she DID NOT even have the decency to call me back. I would strongly warn Yelpers to look elsewhere for your family pets best care. The boarding conditions our more like a dog pound than a Dog Resort.
Update: after two days and two calls to the manager I did finally get a call back from her trying to make excuses for the mistakes they made. But the facts are the facts. While my dogs were there we called twice and left messages and NO ONE returned my calls. They both were returned extremely grungy and smelly. Oh and my one Dog did catch Kennel Cough!!!Facts are the Facts !!! As for there rebuttal statement LOL. As a retired business owner my advice to you instead of making excuses for your actions and mistakes just own up to your mistakes, fix the problems so they don't happen again.
Oh did I mention my German Sheppard caught Kennel Cough while he was there !!!
