  • I was told by an employee that the only way to get sale pricing on Carolina Herrera products was to purchase the Care Card charity benefit card offered annually by Scottsdale Fashion Square mall . Purchased for $60 it gives you a discount at stores that rarely offer discounts, such as Carolina Herrera. So when the card became available this year I jumped on it. Carrying my newly minted Care Card purchased for $60 I trotted into Carolina Herrera to purchase a bag I had been waiting all year to buy once the Care Card became available. Horror of horrors they would not honor the card. This year, they said, they had decided to only allow the card to be used on "select" items. Now I am out $60 only purchased for this store and for the bag that it could have been used on last year. Poor customer service when I contacted the main office as they could not have cared less. Of course, they didn't need the sale and money is of no object to them. Pity the person not rolling in dough that attempts to shop here.
