I love this store, the friendliness, honest value and generally good vibe - I guess that is why the service I got today really bothered me. I like the owners enough to write a review, so at least they know what happened. I take my two Australian Shepherds in once or twice a month to get bathed and buy training treats. I went in today (4/24) at 4:15 to bathe them. The young lady at the front desk said, "oh, we just shut it down since we close at 5. And it's really important that I be out at 5 because it is finals week. Can you come back tomorrow?" Huh? It doesn't take me 30 minutes to bathe the dogs, let alone 45. If she said, can you be done by 4:50? I would have said, no problem. I probably won't be back. I own a small business and it kills me to see a year of hard work building a relationship with a customer thrown away by one employee with a bad attitude but that is the way it goes sometimes. All I can say is, "I hope she gets some really good grades on her finals!"
