  • Don't come here with a big group. We had a group of 14 people and only ONE person was taking our orders. I knew immediately this was going to be rough. I didn't receive more than half of what I ordered and the other part of the group didn't get ANY food for 45 minutes and had to watch the other half eat. Kaya needs to understand how to take orders for a big group. When I asked for my other half of my order the guy said " oh, it's not coming I don't know what happened to it." Really? He comped the people that waited their beers but made no effort to give us our full orders. The sushi wasn't even worth the trouble. I had Tako Nigiri, seaweed salad, sex bomb roll and a beer. 1/3 of what I normally eat at an AYCE and I paid $40 for a meal that didn't fill me at all..... I understand that we were a big group so there will be mistakes but when 70% of everyone's orders didn't even come out, that's just not even trying. I'll never come back and neither will the other 13-14 people. You lost a lot of customers today Kaya. That's unfortunate.
