  • Finally had a meal at Barque. It a small noisy place but fun and trendy. I should have listened to the Yelp reviews! I love ribs but the O'Bama ribs I had were too dry. I like my ribs nice and tender fall of the bone.... As most reviewers say, you should decide have the sampler. It gives you the choice of 3 meats. Many of my friends had it and their meats (e.g.Chicken, brisket) seemed much more tender. I'd go again but for the sampler.
