NEGATIVE stars if possible! I understand they have a job to do, and I don't blame them for having to tow my car. But when I show up to pick up my car, they couldn't "find it in the system" and asked me to wait. After 20 mins I asked what the problem was - still couldn't find it. Took them TWO HOURS to finally bring me my car. Then I walk out front and my car is COVERED in dirt, dust and hand prints! Filthy! Mind you they had just towed it from my complex that morning. I get in the drivers seat to leave and notice a chip on the windshield. Go back inside, and inform them - the manager, Henry, actually starts yelling. I'm literally the most patient person ever - and he proceeds to say they take pictures and can see if the crack was already there. Of course, I say GREAT because my car is gorgeous and I take pride in it. There were no cracks. They also charged me 100 more than they quoted me over the phone when I called. They took pictures and gave me some generic claim form for the cracks (yep there are 2!!). And tried blaming the apartment complex for starting their work while the guys still had cars to remove! I'm "supposed" to hear from the general manager and still have not. Avoid this place like the PLAGUE!!!
