I came out of retirement and went to Vegas for fun not too long ago. In recent times, I've come to Vegas for work. We decided to stay at the Cosmopolitan for the first time since it seemed chill. Artistically, this casino and the hotel is goregous, chic and trendy.
We stayed at a a one bedroom suite with a Japanese soaking tub. Room had attention to detail with temperature and lighting controls on the smart tv and at your bedside table. With anything electronic there's something bound not to work which there were a few light here and there that didn't. The only thing I didn't like about the room was that there were traces of dust here and there.
Probably one of the most comfy rooms I've stayed at. The room came with a large balcony with a sofa to relax.
The shower is an open shower that opens to the soaking tub with window views from the bedroom and balcony.
The casino itself isn't that large but does have some nice restaurants and a central signature chandelier bar which is on a few tiers.
The pools on the otherhand weren't anything spectacular. If you're looking for some sun in the afternoon, the other buildings block the rays from the pool area.
Other than that, this is the place to stay. Ranks up there with the Wynn.
