| - This place takes the cake for filthiest and worst customer service I've ever experienced! HOTELS.COM SHOULD NOT EVEN OFFER THEM AS A OPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!
Okay so my boyfriend and I had been driving for about 10ish hours still had about 12 hours to drive till we were back home. We were exhausted and there was no way we could sleep in our car cause it was daylight outside. We were both on the verge of passing out. So I got on hotels.com and went to book a room with this place.... It was about 9:30am we explained to them that we couldn't wait till check in at 3pm. We need a place now, so the kind lady called and confirmed that we could check in but we had to give them a hour to clean the room. So we show up around 11:45am, my boyfriend goes in there to check in while I park the car... He comes back out and tells me "you need to go in there cause she's telling me that they don't have a room for us, and we need to call whoever we talked to and wait till 3pm"
Annoyed at this point I walk back in with my boyfriend, and as soon as she sees that he went to get me, she shakes her head and says "I looked for the papers and there's none saying y'all booked a room" I say "ok what's your name?" Not because I was going to complain, I asked because I remembered the name the hotel.com lady told me she spoke to started with a S.
She told me her name, don't remember it..wish I did so I COULD PUT HER ON BLAST, but I believe it started with a A. Anyways, I tell her we called and told them we needed a room cause we've been driving all night and were exhausted. The lady next to her working the desk asked if we spoke to so&so (starting with a S) I said yes! She looks at the girl who had been speaking to us and says "we have a room ready for them" so the girl rolls her eyes and asks the house keeper in Spanish if the room is clean and she tells her yes. Right away the same girl prints out the papers, has my boyfriend sign and GET THIS....
SHE THROWS THE DOOR CARD TO OUR ROOM ON THE COUNTER!!
And girl you know who you are, I hope you read this too. It is not our fault you dislike your job so much that you have to be rude to paying customers. Honestly I wish I remembered your name cause I would take this further than Yelp. Maybe if you took better care of your body and appearance you wouldn't be in such a shi**y mood.
When we got back in the car my boyfriend told me she was probably only being rude cause when he 1st went in she was the only one working the desk, the 2nd lady that told her they had a room for us wasn't in there till I came back in. And she was occupied on the phone so I doubt she saw the way she gave us the door key.
To top everything off. The room was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. The used towels from the last person were still on the bathroom floor, the bed was poorly made, I doubt they even changed the sheets!!! And there was a wad of hair in the toilet. But like I previously said we were so exhausted, we asked the cleaning lady outside for new towels, laid the blanket we already had over the bed sheets there and knocked out. We then checkout 5 hours later. There was no way in hell we were staying the night there.
