  • Cool Air Now installed a new furnace. They left a hole in the floor and snapped off a piece of the floor molding. Additionally, the cover for the furnace has a "hole". This "hole" should be covered by brand plate. Talked to the owner Juan about the hole and his reply was that he has a new distributor and no brand plate available - sorry, live with it. Check other vendors before buying from Cool Air Now.
