Petsmart has been so frustrating lately. Mostly because the stock is poorly managed, and stuff I order online often isn't actually in stock when I go pick it up. And why wouldn't they tell me that when they send an e-mail saying the order is ready??? Then I could call around and find a different Petsmart to get it all from, rather than waste time getting only half what I need.
Many locations have empty shelves in some areas. Don't know why, but it means more wasted time, again.
