  • Very disappointed with these people not honoring there word. Events star at 6pm to 10pm got there very early stand for almost 5 hours after exhausting day from work literally awake from 5am to 11pm and did not even got any free shots. They told us that the paper we have is good as a voucher just call for schedule. In my head I was happy because after all the tiring day and standing for morethan 5 hours we can have our dog a free shot on top of that we are from all the way north long drive going to henderson. Went home and next morning called them . They told us they can put us at 10pm. We went ther all the way from north at 10pm gave the paper and told us WE ARE NOT HONORING THIS! This needs to be signed or stamps! Well technically no one told us that! They just said "YOU GUYS CAN GO HOME NOW! THOSE PAPER DO NOT LOSE IT! Thats your pass! The proof you are here! People asked them just to confirm if it is real and legit! The vet said YES! All you need is that paper and do not lose it! Well they never stamp it! The only thing that make us upset is They should not deceit people! Just be honest! If no more vaccine then tell them! Because your making this people high hopes wasting their time and gas. We literally cancelled a family date just because of this appointment because our baby is important too. A piece of advice to all people would experience this in a free shot events. If u think your not gonna make it 2 hours before they close just leave your wasting your time and if you did stay and was told you will be given just do appointment, you know what to do dont hope because it hurts if you do. We have different experiences. So happy for people who got theirs but a bit sat and pity those people like me who was told that they will have free shots. So please VET FROM THIS HOSPITAL DON't LIE! Be HONE
