Think twice about renting here.
To begin, they do have a cockroach infestation. I had my apartment treated by their pest control service several times and I still found them in my kitchen and bathroom. These are large roaches too. I also found two of them crawling up my blinds during my last month there.
I moved out recently and they're trying to charge me over $300 for ridiculous stuff. They claim the carpet had to be treated for pet stains. There were no pets stains on that carpet when I moved out. They are also charging me to repaint the walls due to discoloration. I never did anything to the walls except hang up a few pictures with those Command hanging strips that come off clean. They're charging me a unit cleaning fee when I cleaned it thoroughly before I moved out.
Like another review noted, this place went downhill when Greystar left. The people now in the leasing office lack the professionalism of the Greystar team. They look for every opportunity to charge you extra. I paid my rent every month on time. They wanted to raise my rent if I renewed my lease an extra $50 a month.
It was a quiet place to work from home but the apartment lacked lighting and was dark and a bit depressing. Nice closet.
If you want to live in beautiful Scottsdale, take your $1000+ a month and find another community as there are some really nice ones in that area.
Also, the parking is very limited and when you try to turn right or left onto 115th St, there are so many cars parked along the street you can't see the cars coming your direction.
