  • Bought a pool two years ago and was very happy with the entire process, from sales, to design, to build and delivery. Everything was very professional and efficient, with no surprises. And, perhaps more importantly, the support and service ever since has been exceptional. Hats off to Bill Watson, service manager, and his team. Whether it be "pool school", where they teach you how to care for your pool system, or service and repairs on site at your pool/spa, the responsiveness is exceptional, the work is competent, and the turnaround is fast. Just this morning, they resolved an issue that was making my filtration system fail, and did so within an hour of me contacting them. Granted, sometimes it takes a little longer for a service tech to arrive (depending on other calls and where they are at the time), and some issues are more complicated to solve, but you can always expect a great product from Presidential, along with exceptional ongoing support and service. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Presidential Pools!
