  • Left "Wicked" less than a quarter into the show. The sound quality was poor even though they supposedly upgraded the system. We could not appreciate the performance and came off as not up to par with other broadway performances I have been to before. I have always been a fan of Gammage and have been to tons of shows here. This was not a great experience, the staff was understanding but the manager on was a completely rude individual. She offered no remorse or empathy to the situation. I have no intent to return after her lack of customer service.
