Im a little irritated with the how this company just stood me up. They were highly recommended by a client of mine. I had scheduled an appointment between 9am and 11am this morning. I asked that I get a call 30mins ahead to ensure I would be home when they arrived.
I received a call the day prior as a reminder (which was nice) and was told that it would be closer to 9am. 10:15 rolls around and I call the office to confirm that they haven't tried to visit or contact me. At this point I am informed that the driver did in fact go to my house at 9:20 and sent his boss a screen shot of the attempted phone call at 9:20. Which I never got a missed call or message. She informed me that he waited till 9:30 and had to leave to the next job.
I now have to wait till Monday for another appointment which is very inconvenient for me due to the fact that I have a broken window in my house.
Lets hope on the next appointment they can call me 30 mins prior to arrival and should I not receive the call maybe leave a voicemail informing me that you have tried to reach me.
