| - I was excited to see a new studio open in the neighborhood. I wanted to drop in to look around and inquire about memberships, but it says appointment only. I browsed the website didn't find my answers, so I emailed. After a week with no response I called. Pricing is not on the website nor will they tell you over the phone!!! Ariel said management doesn't allow pricing over the phone, because the pricing is always changing, depending upon the promotion?! Okay, I asked what about today's pricing, is there a promotion today? She still refused with the same excuse that the prices could change. Is there not even a base price for these services? The only way to get pricing is to go in, because they have different equipment that could get confusing, and it'd be better to see it all to understand the price? Sounds ridiculous. A sales pitch that is terrible, especially if you're just trying to do pilates and better your health. I couldn't imagine if you were to have a problem with this business how much of a headache it would be, they're not allowed to answer a simple question. At least every other pilates studio is up front with their pricing and it's not changing everyday. If I said I emailed with no response I would think a little customer service would be offered, but no appointment, no reconciliation, or attempt to try to still acquire me as a customer, which is weird seeing how they won't give you any info unless you go in. Terrible customer service.
