  • Place is clean and bed is always ready when I get there. Always greeted on time. Down fall is the staff! Unfortunately they are misleading on sales and also try to push sales too much to the point where I'm so annoyed in the first five minutes of being there! I was told at the eastern location to buy 2 $30 bottles of primer/ spray tan stuff to make my spray tans go on even etc. So I did. Couple of days later another girl at the st. Rose location told me I shouldn't have bought that and that the other girl must not have know what she was doing and then tried pushing another expensive product on me. I'm really sick and tired also of being treated not so nicely after they can't sell me something. If I refuse to buy something then their nice demeanor turns into not so friendly and bitchy towards me instead. It's exhausting. I feel like the customers are completely invaluable to the company and the only real concerns are what they can sell. I will no longer buy any product from this company. I will instead order somewhere else or online and do my own reviews before asking an employee at these tanning salons.
