| - I haven't had the best service the last couple of times I've been here. At the beginning when I first started bringing my dog here I was so impressed! I used to take her to Petsmart but I liked taking her to a smaller chain store because I figured she'd get better quality cuts and baths and more attention. The time before last I dropped my dog off, they told me it would be about 2-3 hours. I always run errands around the area so that when she is done I can just come through and pick her up on my way home, because this place is not very close to where I live. By the 3rd hour I hadn't gotten a phone call, but figured I would within the next couple of minutes, nope. I waited another hour and still no phone call, so I called them and asked if my dog was done, they said yes she's done... Okay? Why no phone call if she was done? By the grace of god I must've called at the exact moment she was finished an hour later with no phone call as to when she was done OR that she would be an hour late... Okay fine, maybe it was a bad day for them. The last time I took her there AGAIN with the no phone call, so of course I call. The answer I received was, "Oh our receptionist said she left a voicemail on your phone about an hour ago that she was ready to be picked up." Oh? Don't you think I would've came and got her an hour ago instead of keeping her in a kennel for that much longer and calling you concerning when she'd be ready? So no, I will not be returning here and will be taking my business elsewhere. The cuts are good, but the service is awful. I don't think I'd keep going to a place where someone isn't ever receiving a tip from me anymore.
