  • Contacted entry brite about a glass panel getting installed in my front door. The gentleman who came to my house to give me the quote was very nice. Called me several times to change time frame when the installer would come . When the installer finally came he installed the wrong glass panel in my front door. When I called entry brite and told them the wrong glass panel was installed they insisted the one that I had installed was the correct one but told me they would swap it out. I decided to keep the design I have because overall they did a good job on my front door.
