  • I feel like I'm at Walmart... there are 18 windows and only 7 windows are open on a busy Friday morning. 10 numbers have gone in a hour, only 40 more to go! This whole administration is ridiculous, and the inability to process items all at one window makes things worse. Giving two stars for employees they act professionally even though they are set up for failure.
