  • I was introduced to Michelle Richey in Feb 2015 and when I found out she was a realtor I gave her my card and told her I was interested in purchasing a home in about 8 months. 8 months later I received a message from Michelle asking if I was still interested in buying. I had been putting it off and it was her call that gave me the kick in the pants to start looking. She was amazing. She took me to homes, getting a feel for what I was looking for. It took about 3 weekends and on Halloween day I walked into the home of my dreams. We put an offer in and I had the key on Dec 15. Fast forward 2 years later, I found a home that would be perfect for my mother. I emailed Michelle at 3am and by 10am we were making plans to see the house. We put an offer in that day and a month and a half later my mother had the keys to her new home. Michelle was with me every step of the way. She helped with the offers, counter offers, negotiations, and the inspections. She is joy to work with, very supportive, knowledgeable and exudes a positive energy. Thank you Michelle for all you do!!!!
