My initial experience was phenomenal with a guy that helped me out. I messed up and apparently didn't realize I had to give a 10 day vacate notice, I assumed since I paid the full amount up front I was good, my bad! My problem is I called when I realized this (day my storage expired) to find out if I would charged since the machine said so when I went and took my lock off. I spoke to a woman that was rude with a major attitude and when I caught one back it got worse! I work in the service business and I am not sure how her company allows her to work with customers. We aren't always right, but she had no right getting irritated with me. Never using them again and I will be sure to let all my family and friends know.
