  • Currently a resident. The office staff is very helpful and nice. Only complaint would be the crazy noisy dogs, but not much you can do to control that. Oh and the hot tub seems to always be gross. The cost of rent is great for the square footage. I know they recently got some new management and have been upgrading things around the complex. Plan to renew my lease as long as the price doesn't jump too much.
