  • I knocked a star off because certain areas of the store are disorganized (shoe area) or look untidy (jewlery/cashier area). Otherwise, their clothes are the perfect balance of cute and reasonably priced (prices akin to Ross). Some items last longer than others and you can tell which right away. I've had certain dresses for years that are in pristine condition even after many washes because they are thick and made well while others are thin and look a bit worn after a couple of uses. As for service, I haven't experienced bad service. I genuinely believe if you're polite and ask with a smile, that they will be more than happy to help you. I always ask nicely, and they always nicely help me. I want to especially thank Jessica for answering my endless questions with a smile and going on searches for the clothes I see on the mannequins but can't find myself. Most of the clothes I bought here are evening dresses and dress shirts for work so I can't really speak for anything else. When you come in just think of it as a treasure hunt, and you'll enjoy it. Enjoy hunting.
