| - first I always genuinely attempt to resolve any issue directly with a business before a review and in this case its no different.
I called three times, left two voices and emailed three times, documented.
I heard zero response, nothing at all, no care, no responsibility.
long story short, this florist was employed via FTD online and via telephone by my mother in another state for a simple arrangement and delivery.
I had spine surgery and was on bed rest, I was not able to come to the door yet for 30 minutes they pounded on my door, rang my door bell and called my cell phone essentially ruining my rest for that day.
the next day my neighbor text me and said there was flowers sitting on the ground in your driveway?? mind you it was 40 degrees that day and raining :-(
I asked my neighbor to bring them in for me, unfortunately it appears the arrangement was ruined.
now come on? you cannot tell me this is the very first it was difficult to deliver?
so your business practice is to harass the customer for 30 minutes and then just leave them sitting in the driveway? and then avoid all contact to clear up the matter?
very very poor business practice.
save your time and money and frustration, do not use Exclusive Flowers and Gifts.
good luck folks and if FTD says they are using them opt out to a different florist.
