| - We had a great experience here, overall, as we were dealing with (1) the sale of our former home and (2) the purchase of our new property. Yes, it was a coincidence that this was the title company for #2, but since it was the same company, just a different branch (95/ Rainbow), the docs could be emailed and inter-delivered between the two branches. This location was a more convenient location from our new property. My husband was able to sign docs here and pick up final docs (part one). I did the same thing at another time (part two), too, by coming straight from work. It worked out great.
The lady up front, by the name of Libby was super nice and extremely helpful---she is an asset to the company (being the front line, the first person to deal with customers, it makes a lasting impression). It is a stressful time (selling and buying), so when you come across people that put you at ease, it is a great example of customer service at its best. She offered to stay later though the office hours ended at 5 pm. I got there before that time, but we were really appreciative, that she would go the extra mile for us (we tried going there early before I went to work, but there was some miscommunication about the time the docs would be ready there).
Quite a few other businesses here, and there is a rather large parking lot in front of the property. The way that we went there (around the corner from IKEA), was one way, and to exit was sort of one-way; hope that this doesn't sound confusing, but it's hard to explain. In other words, you couldn't head there, the way, we exited. Maybe it is different, coming from a different direction, I don't know.
Professional, thorough, great customer service, and nice staff, just to reiterate our experiences here.
