  • My mother-in-law recommended R & S for our first mattress purchase and we got a great deal. Much cheaper than the chain stores and just as good if not better quality. The reason I'm writing this review is because we needed warranty service after using the mattress for EIGHT years. I happened to come across the receipt from when we bought it and called Carlos. He was extremely nice and explained the warranty procedure. Justin came over and took the measurements to make sure we qualified under the 10 year limited warranty. Carlos called after a few days to tell me that the mattress would be picked up in the morning and dropped off in the evening after being repaired. They basically gutted the entire mattress and replaced everything. We've had the mattress for about two weeks now and it's amazing. We will be coming back to R & S to purchase mattresses for both of our children. Their customer service is amazing and their business has grown so much in the last eight years. Good to see a local company prospering!
