  • Do NOT use these company ever. Here is why: Poor technology-they do not send any confirmation once you schedule a move. No call center-you are stuck with Randy and the possibility of answering the phone. We had Randy come out and agreed upon a date and logistics after going to our home and storage unit. He did not show up the day of the move. We finally found is cell, and he said he had us scheduled for the month after, after initially saying he could not remember talking to us. This company is DIRTY and will drop you unexpectedly for a more profitable move. Stay away. Stay far away.
