  • They provide lip service and that is about the best they do... they have damaged my credit rating due to a glitch in their auto pay system.... who checks monthly the auto payments when it is supposed to be AUTO PAY?? 2 months later I'm getting notifications that I am delinquent on my house payment, etc. Bringing this to the their attention and asking them to draft a letter to said institutions got the brush off and zero follow up... Now my LLC business is having issues with overlapping personal and business transactions in QBO!! I'm pulling out my money ASAP! I'm traveling and can't get home quick enough to make this happen. They have a fiduciary responsibility and obligation to make things right if we are audited.
